1. What these Terms cover
These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the website logicshardia.com and requesting consultations. By using the website or submitting a consultation request, you agree to these Terms.
2. Consultations, availability, and booking limitations
- Consultation requests are inquiries only. Availability, pricing, and final confirmation are provided by the studio after review.
- We may refuse or reschedule requests due to capacity, safety, qualification, or scheduling constraints.
- If your request includes health-related or other sensitive information, you are responsible for providing it accurately and only to the extent necessary for the consultation.
3. Service boundaries and limitations of liability
We provide information based on the consultation request and available details. Any advice or recommendations are not a guarantee of results. Where permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for outcomes that depend on factors outside our control, including individual reactions, aftercare compliance, or changes in your health status.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumers’ rights under mandatory Ukrainian law.
4. Consumer complaints and dispute handling (Ukraine)
If you have a complaint, you should submit it using the contact details below. The service provider must present consumers with required, truthful, timely information in the manner prescribed by consumer-protection legislation, including for consumer complaints/ADR pathways where applicable.
